You are warmly invited to participate in an upcoming RENTERS' NATION ASSEMBLY. The event is part of a national effort to bring together local residents impacted by eviction, foreclosure, housing instability, displacement and gentrification to: * build community * strengthen local work * develop strategy * connect with other cities around the country building a national movement for housing justice.  Our goals for our local assembly are to: -To exchange knowledge with college and university students, local residents  and youth about the city’s housing crisis and how it affects them. -To imagine students and youth as both agents of and subject to displacement, and how we can work for change together in tangible ways. - To bring students and youth and renters from across the city into strategic conversations about alliance building. - To facilitate the connection of renters, housing organizers, students and youth  to current efforts by tenant organizers and advocates. We need your brilliance, creativity, energy and experience! We hope you can make it.
